SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations & Times We are proud to offer international shipping services. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Here are our estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7 - 15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8 - 18 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10 - 20 business days

  • Other Countries: 15 - 25 business days

  • Note: This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Tracking Information You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

4. Customs and Import Taxes Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
